Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, driving a culture of accountability and excellence
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex operational scenarios
Preferred
Advanced degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred
Previous executive leadership experience in operations within the insurance or financial services sector is advantageous
