Responsibilities
Configure and support NetSuite Financials modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, and period close processes
Design, develop, and maintain NetSuite reports and Saved Searches for financial, operational, and management reporting
Develop and enhance SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0 scripts to implement custom business logic, validations, and integrations
Create and manage NetSuite Workflows to automate approvals, financial processes, and operational tasks
Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into NetSuite configurations and customizations
Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite issues related to financial transactions, scripts, workflows, and system performance
Support system enhancements, testing, deployments, and production support activities
Ensure NetSuite solutions follow best practices, maintain data integrity, and align with accounting and compliance requirements
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite Financials, including AP, AR, and core accounting processes
Experience creating Saved Searches and custom reports in NetSuite
Proficiency in SuiteScript 1.0 and/or 2.0 for NetSuite customization
Hands-on experience with NetSuite Workflows for process automation
Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
Preferred
Experience in NetSuite implementations, enhancements, or post-go-live support
Exposure to NetSuite integrations with third-party systems
NetSuite certification (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or Financial User) is a plus
Prior experience working with finance or accounting teams
