This role focuses on the risk management and financial oversight of commercial real estate loans within the firm's global portfolio, requiring deep experience in structured finance, real estate credit, and asset management.

Responsibilities

Oversee individual loan positions, including collateral performance, compliance, insurance updates, covenant testing, and risk projections for the portfolio

Spread borrower financials, rent rolls, and cap stacks; produce quarterly underwriting assumptions and risk analyses; support regulatory and portfolio reporting

Establish reporting requirements, manage data entry into proprietary platforms, and update records for asset dispositions, partial paydowns, and annual reviews

Conduct technical review of draft appraisals and desktop appraisals to ensure accurate cash flow assumptions

Provide recommendations on borrower requests, weekly performance updates, and risk reporting; liaise with servicers, insurance consultants, co-lenders, and global asset management teams
