Opening deposit accounts and recommending products that fit member needs
Performing teller duties including deposits, withdrawals, and balancing
Assisting with account maintenance, debit card services, wire transfers, and more
Supporting members with online banking, safe deposit access, and financial tools
Notarizing documents, providing loan payoff quotes, and helping with direct deposits
Driving sales through service excellence and meeting referral goals
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or equivalent
At least 18 months of teller experience at a bank or credit union (or 12 months teller + 6 months customer service)
A positive, 'can-do' attitude and a passion for helping others
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
Professionalism and a commitment to excellence
Comfort with office technology and financial systems
