Responsibilities

Collaborate with Innovation, Design, Product Merchandising, Technical Development, Sustainability, Sourcing, and Manufacturing teams
Partner with global stakeholders to align material development with brand vision and consumer insights

Qualification

Textile developmentProduct developmentDesign & development processMicrosoft OfficePMP certificationCollaboration with global partnersCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Science/Design, or related field
5+ years' experience in material development/product development
Expertise in textile, trim, and print development
Strong connection to trends and consumer insights with ability to balance creativity and technical execution
Skilled in design & development process from inception to adoption
Proactive problem solver with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Experience collaborating with global partners
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, Product Data Management; familiarity with Smartsheet, Tableau is a plus

Preferred

PMP certification is nice to have
