Contacts residential/commercial customers by phone to resolve any AR issues

Explains options and works with customers to resolve past due amounts

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of commercial collection experience

Basic Excel spreadsheet skills required

Strong organizational skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to identify issues and act independently to resolve them

Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
