They are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of crisis programs while overseeing day-to-day operations and fostering partnerships to improve access and care coordination.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of crisis programs to ensure alignment with organizational mission and goals
Oversees day-to-day operations of the division to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and quality service
Supervise, mentor and evaluate staff; promote professional growth and accountability
Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost management and long-term sustainability
Manages and monitors budgets, staffing plans, and program development initiatives
Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to improve access and care coordination
Foster a culture of recovery, resilience, and equity in all program operations

Required

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field (required)
Minimum 5 years of progressive management and leadership experience in behavioral health
Experience in financial management and resource allocation
Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage budgets, and implement program improvements
Passionate about serving individuals, families, and communities impacted by substance use and co-occurring disorders
