Responsibilities
Turnover of vacant units, including cleaning and preparing them for new residents (end of month/beginning of month) - This may require you to stand on ladders to clean light fixtures, and crouch very low to clean out bottom cupboards
Monitoring and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Promptly notify the community manager of any maintenance items that require their attention
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or equivalent
Time Management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
