Responsibilities

Possess a strong foundation in information technology and hands-on experience in end-user device deployment, desktop/laptop imaging, and technical troubleshooting
Demonstrate experience with hardware troubleshooting, operating systems, network fundamentals, IDF/MDF patching, cable management, and technical documentation
Track assets accurately, manage punch lists, and provide Go-Live support, contributing to the success of deployment projects

Required

CompTIA A+ Certification (or equivalent) strongly recommended
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in desktop/laptop support, end-user device deployment, and technical troubleshooting
Hands-on training in hardware troubleshooting, operating systems, network fundamentals, and IDF/MDF patching
Experience with technical documentation (EXCEL), IT inventory management, and data port tracking
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work safely in warehouse/IDF environments
Must have reliable transportation to travel to project sites in Belmont, NC
Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
Collaborative mindset
Ability to track assets accurately
Manage punch lists
Provide Go-Live support

Preferred

Associate or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Additional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or ITIL Foundation
