Pinnacle is seeking a Material Handler, also known as a Warehouse Organizer, for their Raleigh, North Carolina facility. The role involves maintaining the warehouse, receiving and routing shipments, and operating a forklift to manage inventory and ensure warehouse organization.

Responsibilities

Using our software and hardware tools, receive, log and store inventory

Monitor incoming orders, picking, labeling and preparing them for shipment

Work with common carriers for shipment—FedEx, UPS, USPS

Drive between main location and off site location, delivering properties

Move and organize properties (crates and pallets) using forklift

Troubleshoot problems

Follow current operating procedures, working with the team to improve as needed

Ensure product meets quality requirements

Operate warehousing equipment such as a forklift or pallet jack, working at heights up to 16 feet

Required

Intermediate computer skills—ability to use established inventory system, create and prepare documents. Word, Excel, inventory systems

2 years of general work experience, preferably with general warehousing, picking, receiving

An interest in learning our fun industry--no better place to start than the warehouse!

Good communication skills—experience communicating internally and externally using email and phone

Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks based

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, push carts up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts, use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around and go up and down stairs (where applicable)
