Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end operations across all divisions
Manage and develop a team including Ops, Fulfillment, CS, Amazon, and Returns
Build systems and SOPs to scale operations with high efficiency and low error rates
Own product safety standards and ensure all products comply with relevant regulatory, safety, and quality requirements globally
Lead cross-functional efforts to drive continuous product improvement, focusing on usability, durability, customer feedback, and compliance
Partner with R&D and product teams to align improvements with brand and customer expectations
Own the entire supply chain, including vendor selection, contract management, and negotiation of terms
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring reliable performance and favorable pricing
Negotiate lower costs of goods while maintaining or improving quality and speed of delivery
Develop strategies to diversify manufacturing partners and reduce tariff exposure
Oversee vendor compliance with product safety, labor, and ethical sourcing standards
Own demand planning, capacity planning, and inventory forecasting across all SKUs and channels
Manage inventory placement strategy across warehouses and 3PLs
Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure continuity and scalability
Lead customs, regulatory, and compliance processes
Develop and execute strategies to reduce shipping and fulfillment costs while improving speed and reliability
Manage all 3PL relationships, driving continuous improvement in performance, cost structure, and customer experience
Build a long-term strategy to optimize global fulfillment and last-mile logistics
Monitor tariffs and trade regulations, proactively implementing cost-saving strategies and manufacturing diversification
Establish and monitor SLAs and KPIs for customer support (e.g., response time, resolution rate, CSAT/NPS)
Drive a culture of customer-first excellence across the CS team
Partner with the CS Manager to build robust onboarding, training, and QA systems
Create programs that utilize idle CS rep time for abandoned cart callbacks, affiliate outreach, and outbound campaigns
Build a comprehensive returns tracking and reporting system
Analyze return reasons and drive cross-functional solutions to reduce return rate and cost impact
Explore refurb/repackaging programs to recover value from returns
Establish feedback loops to capture customer insights and share them with product and marketing
Use insights to improve manuals, unboxing instructions, onboarding flows, and support content
Prioritize initiatives that improve usability, reduce confusion, and enhance post-purchase experience
Oversee financial operations for each business unit, including consolidated P&L
Collaborate with finance/accounting to ensure clean books and tax readiness
Build forecasting models, including cash flow, purchasing cadence, and vendor payment schedules
Build financial models and operational readiness plans that support investor diligence, capital raises, or strategic exit opportunities
Develop dashboards and key metrics to support decision-making
Own ERP implementation and ensure integration with Shopify, Amazon, inventory systems, and finance tools
Build real-time reporting tools and alerts to track performance and anticipate issues
Ensure packaging, inserts, and instructional assets align with a cohesive and premium brand identity
Collaborate with marketing on product presentation, naming consistency, and customer education content

Operational leadership across all divisions
Management and development of a team including Ops, Fulfillment, CS, Amazon, and Returns
