Responsibilities

Record customer receipts in the accounting system, including wire, ACH, and check payments
Prepare manual journal entries for transactions that cannot be processed automatically
Process wire payments for contract fundings and ensure proper system entries
Track returned payments and record them accurately in the accounting system
Prepare daily ACH transactions to collect customer payments
Reconcile general ledger accounts to maintain accurate financial records
Collaborate with internal departments to follow up on delinquent accounts
Support other accounting operations tasks as needed
Utilize lease management systems (Aspire, Sungard Ambit Asset Finance, or similar) to record and track transactions
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, financial regulations, and US GAAP standards
Support process improvements and efficient handling of manual accounting workflows

Qualification

Corporate accounting experienceUS GAAP knowledgeExcel proficiencyLease management systemsFinancial regulations knowledgeMultitasking abilityBachelor’s degree in AccountingMicrosoft Office proficiencyCommunication skills

Required

1–4 years of corporate accounting, treasury, or tax operations experience
Solid understanding of debits, credits, journal entries, and accounting basics
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables) for handling multiple processes
Familiarity with lease management or accounting systems (Aspire, Sungard Ambit Asset Finance, or equivalent)
Knowledge of US GAAP, financial regulations, and compliance standards
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and lease calculation tools (e.g., Tvalue)
