Responsibilities
Design, train, evaluate, and deploy computer vision models for production use
Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including data collection, labeling strategy, preprocessing, training pipelines, and model monitoring
Experiment with and implement modern computer vision architectures to solve real-world problems
Build and maintain scalable, reproducible training and inference pipelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product, to deliver ML-driven features
Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices in ML engineering
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in computer vision or applied machine learning
Strong hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
Solid understanding of modern computer vision architectures and techniques
Proven experience owning datasets and building end-to-end training pipelines
Production-oriented mindset with experience deploying and maintaining ML models
Ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed, fast-paced startup environment
Strong communication and mentoring skills
