Responsibilities
Analyze and fix L2/L3 tickets
Lead requirements gathering, functional design, and solution optimization
Configure and support Workday modules and integrations (EIB, Core Connector, PECI, WECI, Studio)
Deliver enhancements, testing, troubleshooting, and production support
Build advanced custom reports, BIRT reports, calculated fields, and orchestrations
Govern Workday security, role-based access, and compliance controls
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve HR, Payroll, and Benefits processes
Qualification
Required
8+ Years of experience
Analyze and fix L2/L3 tickets

Recruiting: End-to-end recruiting lifecycle, workforce planning, approval workflows, compliance
Absence & Time Tracking: Leave policies, accruals, statutory compliance, workforce scheduling, payroll alignment
Compensation & Advanced Compensation: Salary structures, merit cycles, budget governance, incentive/bonus/equity programs
Talent: Performance management, goals, succession, talent analytics
Integrations: Business alignment, data governance, incident management, impact assessment
Security: Role design, SoD awareness, audit readiness, lifecycle governance
Preferred
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in enterprise HR transformation environments
Ability to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions
