Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries for pricing, part ordering, order shipment/invoice information and quality and technical data

Acquire detailed knowledge and business acumen of the products and processes

Provide high quality communication and professionalism to customers, cross-functional partners and other stakeholders while demonstrating tenacity to meet customer expectations

Work collaboratively with Manufacturing Operations, Shipping, Engineering, R&D and Quality departments to solve customer questions and inquiries

Take initiative to seek answers and raise concerns or issues, work quickly, effectively and professionally, even under stress
