Responsibilities

Execute advanced valuation analyses, including DCF (with WACC build), trading comparables, and precedent transaction analyses

Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models, including integrated 3-statement models, operating models, and 13-week cash flow forecasts

Construct and refine deal models, such as base-level LBO and merger models, with a focus on accretion/dilution

Build and analyze industry-specific models, including sale-leasebacks, REIT conversions, and NAV models

Provide expertise in bespoke transactions—from spins/carve-outs to IP licensing and RMT structures

Lead advanced, vertical-specific due diligence, including unit economics, cohort trends, and other specialized analyses

Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders through precise written and verbal communication
