Responsibilities
Develop structurally sound, print-ready packaging systems for corrugated and folding carton formats
Create unique dielines and layouts that balance protection, cost-efficiency, and aesthetics
Design premium retail-ready graphics that elevate product value and communicate clearly
Collaborate with sourcing teams, factories, and printers to ensure quality and feasibility
Build brand systems that scale across multiple SKUs and product lines
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with corrugated and folding carton packaging
Knowledge of fluting, board grades, tolerances, glue areas, folds, and locking mechanisms
Ability to prepare factory-ready mechanicals meeting printer specs
Strong sense of visual hierarchy and brand fluency
Ability to create lifestyle imagery, retouch photos, and enhance realism
Experience developing clean, modern layouts for retail environments
Mastery of typographic pairing, spacing, and readability
Ability to maintain brand hierarchy across titles, features, specs, and legal content
Understanding of competitive retail environments and how packaging drives sales
Ability to translate brand identity into cohesive, premium packaging
Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Ability to deliver print-ready files with correct color profiles, dieline layers, and finishing notes
Prior experience designing corrugated or folding carton packaging for consumer goods
A portfolio showcasing structural design + high-end graphics
Evidence of photo retouching and lifestyle composition work
Experience collaborating with factories, printers, or sourcing teams
