Responsibilities
Develop data management plans
Oversee eCRF design and database setup
Manage ongoing database maintenance
Coordinate data entry, cleaning, and validation activities
Perform quality checks and resolve discrepancies
Ensure data is audit-ready throughout the study
Generate data listings and reports
Support interim and final database locks
Prepare datasets for statistical analysis
Train site staff on data management procedures and system use
Provide ongoing support for data-related issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field
2-4 years of clinical data management experience
Experience with Veeva Vault CDMS
Strong knowledge of clinical data systems
IVD regulatory requirements
Familiarity with SAS or SQL
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organization skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Preferred
Advanced degree
Experience working within a CRO environment
