PeopleMark is seeking an experienced and results-driven Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and launch of new and existing injection molding programs. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of programs while driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of injection molding programs, from concept through production launch

Develop and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource plans

Coordinate tooling design, validation, and production readiness activities

Act as the primary customer liaison to define requirements, provide status updates, and resolve issues

Track and report program performance using KPIs such as cycle time, scrap rate, OEE, and launch milestones

Ensure compliance with quality systems and automotive standards (ISO, IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements)

Support APQP, PPAP, and launch documentation requirements

Identify program risks and implement effective mitigation strategies

Drive continuous improvement across tooling, processes, and workflows
