Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive litigation support to attorneys throughout all phases of construction-related cases
Draft, organize, and file pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, and other legal documents
Manage case files, maintain document databases, and ensure accuracy in all filings
Conduct legal and factual research to assist in case strategy and preparation
Coordinate communication between attorneys, clients, experts, and witnesses
Prepare exhibits, witness lists, and trial notebooks for hearings and trial

Required

3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Solid understanding of Florida court rules and electronic filing systems
Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software platforms
Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills

Preferred

Construction litigation experience is a plus
Paralegal certificate or degree preferred
