Responsibilities
Manage relocation for residents impacted by property renovations
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, contractors, and internal teams; provide clear and timely updates
Maintain accurate documentation of all relocation activities in accordance with LIHTC and HUD guidelines
Organize move-out and move-in schedules, temporary housing arrangements, and transportation as needed
Address resident concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience
Work closely with property management, construction teams, and compliance teams to align relocation efforts with project timelines
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in property management, relocation coordination, or similar roles
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in record keeping and documentation
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Preferred
Familiarity with LIHTC regulations and re-syndication processes
