Telecom Support Engineer
TurnDial specializes in providing cloud-based unified communication systems to streamline business communications. The Telecom Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical and customer support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal functionality of operating systems.

Qualification
Required
Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently
Proficiency in providing Technical Support and ensuring system functionality
Strong skills in Customer Support and delivering excellent Customer Service
Familiarity with various Operating Systems and their configurations
Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to addressing client needs
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Familiarity with telecom systems or cloud-based communication platforms is a plus
