Exceptional communication, leadership, and team-building skills
Flexibility to work remotely and lead cross-functional teams effectively
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
Preferred
Experience in scaling businesses and implementing operational best practices
MBA is an advantage
