Customer Care Representative

Amplifon Americas, parent company to Miracle-Ear, is seeking a Customer Care Representative to be the first point of contact for customers calling to make appointments. The role focuses on providing outstanding customer service, conducting outbound calls, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls with existing and prospective clients to schedule an appointment with our Hearing Care Professionals
Drive marketing campaigns by being the first point of contact for customers engaged through multiple marketing channels (ex. Inbound/outbound calls, email, website inquiries, mail campaigns, etc.) and capturing customer data
Educate customers on Miracle-Ear programs, products, and services and resolve client inquiries
Maintain accurate customer records and update as necessary
Develop client rapport by providing best-in-class client experience for diverse customer base
Provide other duties as required which may include, but are not limited to reception support, admin support, Clinic support, and basic invoicing

Required

1+ years of experience in high-volume sales, call center environment, or telemarketing
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience with Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology
Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills
Able to type while listening attentively while on the phone
Strong interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a range of clients, colleagues, and vendors
Strong problem solving and organizational skills
Work Model: 100% in-person, on-site out of our corporate office in Waco, TX
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 10am-7pm; one required Saturday a month 8:30am – 5pm

Preferred

Experience in sales, marketing, or the healthcare industry is an advantage
