Responsibilities

Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle across multiple lending offerings (e.g., installment loan, revenue advance and line of credit)

Lead and mentor a team of product managers, ensuring alignment with company OKRs and go-to-market strategy

Partner with engineering, risk, and data teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and performant products

Define and monitor key product KPIs (adoption, revenue contribution, retention, NPS) and drive continuous improvement

Translate complex financial, regulatory, and technical concepts into simple customer value propositions

Represent the product function in executive discussions, board reviews, and cross-functional planning cycles
