Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for agency partners

Manage the end-to-end integration lifecycle and fostering long-term strategic relationships with their technical and executive teams

Advise on complex data flows between platforms, ensuring integrations are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise digital ecosystems (without requiring hands-on coding)

Translate intricate API technology and software concepts into "easily digestible" documentation and guides that empower external developers to build high-quality solutions

Act as the project lead for partner-driven initiatives, proactively identifying technical bottlenecks, triaging issues, and measuring project success against key performance indicators

Apply hands-on product management experience to influence the internal roadmap, ensuring that partner feedback and integration requirements are prioritized within the core product

Communicate and present technical roadmaps to senior executives and non-technical stakeholders with clarity, precision, and creative visual storytelling
