Responsibilities
Conduct research-heavy lead generation to identify and qualify prospects
Perform data entry and CRM updates to maintain clean and accurate records
Support BDRs and Account Executives with administrative tasks and pipeline management
Utilize tools like LinkedIn, Google, and Excel for prospecting and data organization
Ensure adherence to processes and maintain high attention to detail in repetitive tasks
Qualification
Required
Recent graduates or 0–2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong proficiency in Excel, LinkedIn, and online research (“Google-fu”)
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Comfortable performing repetitive research and data-entry tasks for extended periods
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or ZoomInfo is a plus
Interest in pursuing a career in tech sales (this role is a great foot-in-the-door opportunity)
Experience with web analytics platforms (i.e., Client Analytics, Google Analytics) is a plus
