Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing SDR team to exceed booking and conversion targets
Foster a culture of performance, ownership, and continuous improvement
Use data and CRM insights to monitor activity, conversion rates, and overall pipeline health
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Data, and BDM teams to optimise performance
Refine sales messaging, call frameworks, and outreach strategies to maximise efficiency and impact
Recruit, train, and retain exceptional SDR talent
Report trends, insights, and recommendations to the VP of Sales to inform wider strategy
Champion PHMG’s core values – leading by example every day
Qualification
Required
Proven success leading SDR, telesales, or inside sales teams within a B2B environment
Hands-on experience as an SDR or outbound sales professional, with the credibility that comes from doing the role yourself
Strong background in high-volume, contact centre-style campaigns, understanding the pace, resilience, and energy required
Data-driven, confident with CRM systems and performance dashboards
Inspirational leader and coach with the ability to motivate teams and build high-performing cultures
Commercially astute, energetic, and driven to exceed ambitious goals
All applicants must possess current US work authorization
Preferred
Knowledge of Power BI & Salesforce is advantageous
