Required
Java: 2 years (Required)

TDI / SDI: 2 years (Required)

Preferred
Advanced skill and experience in DB2 administration, SQL administration, SQL queries and stored procedures, and working with large relational databases and datasets
Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) knowledge including various API protocols such as Web Services, SOAP, REST, HTTP, SSL TLS
Extensive skill and experience developing using Java and XML and XML Transformations using XSLT/Xalan and Xerces
Advanced skill and experience using Tomcat and Apache HTTP Server and administration
Advanced skill and experience using Tivoli Directory Integrator or Security Directory Integrator (TDI/SDI) for Integration development
Advanced Skill and experience with IBM Tivoli Integration Composer (ITIC)
Displays specialized technical skills and advanced knowledge of information technology related to operating systems and application development platforms
Absorbs professional knowledge quickly and develops skills independently. Uses discretion and has a high degree of latitude to support the attainment of department functions/objectives
Demonstrates required proficiencies and knowledge of information technology and their technical specialty to attain business unit objectives
Understands and applies knowledge of information technology and associated methods and tools and services across several platforms, processes and architectures
Reviews and analyzes computer systems in order to recommend improvements to address customer needs and concerns
Advanced troubleshooting skills: ability to locate and review logs relative to any given web application, TDI, ITIC or Java application and identify issues
Ability to develop and implement resolutions for discovered defects
Requires strong oral and written skills to work internally with client team, managers, and peers
Develops and provides specialized written and verbal communications to clients, peers, and support personnel
