Responsibilities

Experience with client/server databases (SQL, DB2), reporting tools, and data models

Microsoft Office, Visio, SQL Server, SharePoint, and Agile/Scrum processes

Exceptional requirements elicitation, facilitation, communication, and documentation skills

Ability to partner with operational leaders and technical teams

Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and customer service skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing environments

Strong analytical, problem solving, and mentoring capabilities

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines

Familiarity with advanced IT concepts, LAN, security, and web technologies

Education - College degree, preferably a B.S. in Information Systems, Computer Science or a degree with Clinical focus from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience in programming in a distributed computing environment or clinical/healthcare experience

Experience - 10 or more years of work experience in business or systems analysis within IT development field with three (3) of those years in the healthcare industry; OR any combination of academic education, professional training, or work experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
