Responsibilities

Assist with preparation and submission of vehicle title applications
Track title status and follow up on outstanding or rejected applications
Support lien recording and lien release processing
Organize and maintain digital and physical title and loan files
Assist with loan boarding and document review for accuracy
Communicate with dealers, borrowers, DMVs, and vendors under supervision
Update internal tracking logs and servicing systems
Escalate discrepancies or missing documentation to senior staff

Qualification

Auto finance experienceTitle processing knowledgeBasic computer skillsOrganizational skillsProfessional communication

Required

1-2 years of experience in auto finance, title processing, DMV work, or administrative roles
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Basic computer skills and comfort working in multiple systems
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Professional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Exposure to auto dealerships, finance companies, or DMV processes
Familiarity with vehicle titles, liens, or loan documents
Interest in financial services or compliance-focused roles
