Responsibilities
Gather and document business and functional requirements for financial systems
Work with stakeholders to define scope and objectives
Analyze banking and financial workflows to identify improvements
Support system enhancements and implementations
Collaborate with finance, compliance, and IT teams
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process diagrams
Support testing and UAT activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
2+ years of Business Analyst experience
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Excellent communication abilities
Preferred
Knowledge of banking or financial systems
