Responsibilities

Lead and support Epic Willow–related projects across ambulatory, inpatient, inventory, and specialty pharmacy domains
Serve as backup support for incidents and service requests as needed
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to enhance Epic Willow functionality
Support build, testing, validation, and optimization activities
Participate in go-live planning, execution, and stabilization

Required

Epic Willow Inpatient Certification (required)
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Epic Willow build, configuration, testing, and support in healthcare settings
Strong knowledge of: Pharmacy workflows, Medication build and order sets, Integration with clinical applications
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with clinicians, IT teams, and operational leadership
Experience providing go-live support and post-implementation optimization
Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills within Epic environments
