Responsibilities
Delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism toward team members and residents
Performing routine maintenance tasks, including painting, snow/ice removal, gutter cleaning, and filter replacements
Repairing and maintaining plumbing, HVAC systems, electrical fixtures, carpentry, and more
Responding promptly to maintenance requests and concerns
Ensuring all tools, equipment, and materials are safely stored to prevent injuries
Partnering with vendors for specialized work like landscaping and asphalt repair
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
A basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
A proactive attitude, flexibility to work various schedules, and a strong commitment to customer service
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Preferred
At least one-year previous maintenance experience is preferred, especially in a multifamily setting
Certifications such as HVAC, EPA, or CPO are a plus
