Digital Accessibility Analyst - Departmental Analyst 9-P11

NEOGOV is seeking a Digital Accessibility Analyst to conduct accessibility reviews of various media formats used by the department. This role involves testing content for accessibility compliance with federal and state laws, and supporting the Office of the State ADA Coordinator with related tasks and research.

Responsibilities

Conducting accessibility reviews of documents in print and digital formats, video and audio recordings and other forms of media used by the department internally and externally
Assisting with testing internal and external content for accessibility and performing any necessary remediation work to bring any applicable materials into compliance with federal and state law, guidance and SOM policy
Supporting the work of the Office of the State ADA Coordinator by researching and assisting in the development of events, trainings, guidance material, monitoring the designated accessibility mailbox, staying updated on evolving digital accessibility standards and best practices and other related tasks

Required

Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major

The official transcript must be scanned and attached to the electronic NEOGOV Civil Service application with one of the following file extensions: pdf, doc, docx, txt, or rft
Degree certificates are not accepted
When attaching transcripts, please name the college/university for each transcript attached
