Responsibilities

Lead installation of pharma HVAC & utility systems (AHUs, ducting, exhaust, chillers, boilers)

Support early design, constructability, routing, and 3D model/clash reviews

Review P&IDs, specs, submittals, RFIs, SOWs, and change requests

Drive subcontractor coordination, progress, quality, and safety

Perform system walkdowns, test pack reviews, and mechanical completion

Support TAB, commissioning, turnover, startup, and handover with CQV team

Qualification

Required

15+ years in pharma/biotech HVAC mechanical construction

Strong GMP, cleanroom, and utility system knowledge

EPCM, commissioning, and multi-trade coordination experience

Ability to read P&IDs, drawings, and technical specifications

Preferred

Mechanical or Project Management certification

CQV / validation exposure

Construction management software experience
