CCS Global Tech is seeking a Senior EUMS / IT Consultant to support the modernization and ongoing operation of an Electric Utility Management System environment. The role focuses on CIS billing system administration, data/reporting, payment integrations, and infrastructure support, delivered in a hands-on, on-site capacity.

Responsibilities

Administer and support UMS.net CIS application

Manage paperless billing workflows (UMS → PDF → Exchange)

Implement and manage encrypted PDF billing security features

Configure and maintain utility rate structures and custom rate codes

Build and maintain customer-facing forms (billing, notifications, work orders, service agreements)

Develop and maintain Crystal Reports (financial, customer, service locations)

Write and manage custom SQL Server queries against the UMS.net database

Support automated meter reading (AMR) imports and exports

Maintain check scanning interfaces , including software-to-database integrations

Perform daily operational maintenance for scanning and reporting systems

Support and administer Lockbox API integrations

Support Online Bill Pay (OLBP) and pay.gov integrations

Administer IVR systems , including:

Script maintenance

Access control

XML/CSV file formats

Scripting governance

Provide Windows Server and desktop support

Support network and system infrastructure

Support wireless devices and related hardware

Coordinate with enterprise IT teams to resolve system and application issues

Support voice and wireless technology administration as required

Assist with creation of billing inserts

Support envelope design

Develop lobby slides and customer-facing communication materials

Required

7+ years supporting: Utility CIS systems, Billing systems, Customer payment workflows

Hands-on experience with: SQL Server, Report development (Crystal Reports or equivalent), Production application administration

Experience supporting: Payment integrations (lockbox, merchant services, pay.gov), Windows-based systems and infrastructure

Strong application, database, and infrastructure troubleshooting skills

Ability to pass an extensive background check for administrative system access

Preferred

Hands-on experience with UMS.net

Utility rate tables and configuration

IVR administration and scripting governance

GIS integration experience, including: Data integration, Custom MSSQL scripts

Experience supporting: SCADA / PI systems, Utility operational technology (OT) environments
