This role is responsible for running and monitoring jobs in the PeopleSoft Financials system, ensuring timely execution of production schedules in a high-availability environment.

Responsibilities
Run and monitor batch jobs in PeopleSoft Financials , strictly following documented procedures
Monitor system outputs and error messages; troubleshoot and resolve issues
Operate and perform routine maintenance on printing and mailing equipment (printers, folders/sealers, inserters)
Maintain inventory and evaluate new equipment and techniques
Create, update, and maintain operating documentation
Provide timely, professional support to internal users with clear communication
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint), w/ability to create, edit & manage docs, spreadsheets & collaborative content effectively
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently in a structured environment
Experience with PeopleSoft Financials or similar enterprise financial systems
Ability to create and run queries in PeopleSoft Financials
Familiarity with structured IT environments and documented operational procedures
Experience using FTP/SFTP software such as GoAnywhere
Experience with SQL and a solid understanding of relational database concepts
