Responsibilities
Contribute to all phases of the design process, from initial concept through construction administration
Develop and manage FF&E packages, including material sourcing, specifications, and procurement coordination
Prepare detailed design documentation and conceptual sketches using AutoCAD and related tools
Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients, vendors, and consultants throughout each project
Collaborate closely with internal design teams to ensure a cohesive and aligned creative vision
Represent the studio in meetings, site visits, and presentations with confidence and professionalism
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field from an accredited program
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, with a strong portfolio in hospitality interiors
Solid understanding of FF&E, custom millwork, and construction documentation
Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp; hand sketching and rendering skills are a plus
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
