Responsibilities
Administer Contract Management System (LinkSquares), including system training, overseeing processes and ensuring contracts have the appropriate naming conventions
Monitor and manage the group electronic mailbox and contract signature process
Facilitate revisions and analysis of basic contracts for changes (redlining), collaborating with General Counsel on legal terms
Conduct legal review and negotiation of contracts, with experience level determining involvement
Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations to ensure their legal needs are met
Interact directly with clients on contract-related matters
Assist General Counsel with coordination of corporate governance matters, policy review, drafting presentations and assisting with litigation
Performs other duties as assigned to ensure effective operation of the department and the company

Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree required; law degree or paralegal certificate preferred
Non-lawyers must have at least 3 years supporting lawyers or legal teams in an in-house setting; licensed attorneys do not need previous experience but must be willing to perform administrative
Must have experience with contract management and contract management systems
Excellent interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with clients, senior executives, sales teams, and business partners
Proven ability using data and analytics to inform and influence decision-making
Willingness to be accountable for business deliverables
Minimal travel up to 10% of the time
Preferred
law degree or paralegal certificate
Experience with healthcare law including business associate agreements and HIPAA a plus
