Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new BPO opportunities that align with CBE’s strengths in compliance and customer experience
Build and maintain executive relationships that turn into long-term partnerships
Lead every stage of the sales process with precision, empathy, and accountability
Collaborate with operations and marketing to design client solutions that deliver measurable outcomes
Represent CBE at client meetings and industry events to strengthen visibility and credibility
Maintain a disciplined pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently meet growth goals
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of success selling enterprise or outsourced customer experience solutions
Proven ability to sell into regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or telecom
Strong consultative and strategic selling skills with experience engaging senior executives
Comfort working independently in fast-moving, midmarket organizations
Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills
Commitment to CRM accuracy and data-driven decision making
Ability to hunt for new business
