Responsibilities
Distributes and balances workload, assures timely accomplishment of assigned work, and keeps in touch with the status and progress of work on a daily basis
Obtains assistance from the supervisor on problems that may arise and maintains records of work accomplishments
Resolves simple, informal complaints of employees and refers others to supervisor. Instructs employees on tasks and job requirements, develops written instructions as necessary, and answers questions regarding procedures, policies, and directives
Reviews, amends, or rejects the work not meeting established standards
Provides specialized training to employees in problem areas as needed or requested

Demonstrated progressive work experience related to the duties that are identified above
Work experience should include the following skills, knowledge and abilities:
Must have knowledge of working with a calculator and personal computer
Must have demonstrated the ability to work independently
Must have the ability and skill to communicate orally and in writing
