Responsibilities

Provide process engineering support for all production processes

Collect and analyze operational data to drive process improvement

Monitor and manage processes to optimize productivity and cost control

Ensure baseline data integrity and report on improvement trends

Manage process improvement projects from scoping to validation

Collaborate with engineering and technical functions for capital projects and process improvements

Track, analyze, and suggest improvements for plant productivity data (e.g., tons/hour, chemical usage)

Develop and maintain processes for scheduling and prioritizing activities

Ensure adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations
