Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevancy, and domain-specific reasoning

Annotate, validate, and structure domain-specific data sets used for AI model training

Work closely with AI/ML engineers and product teams to improve model performance and real-world applicability

Stay updated on retail industry trends and suggest innovative AI use-cases

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Retail or closely related)

Candidates who have worked with major marketing agencies or consulting groups, including: Walmart, Amazon, Costco, The Home Depot, Kroger, Walgreens Boots Alliance, CVS Health, Target, Lowe's, or Albertson s

Familiarity with domain tools (ERP, CRM) is a plus

Experience with AI/ML tasks (data annotation, prompt-design, model evaluation) preferred but not mandatory

Previous experience with major retail companies such as Walmart, Amazon, Costco, The Home Depot, Kroger, Walgreens Boots Alliance, CVS Health, Target, Lowe's, or Albertson s is a plus
