Director/ExecutivePerfect Performance NOVA is the number one sports performance training company focused on athlete development and advocacy in the DMV. They are seeking a Director of Sales to lead inbound and outbound sales efforts and manage sponsorships across multiple business units, ensuring client engagement and retention.

Responsibilities
Manage all leads in the company CRM
Execute the company sales strategy and process to convert leads to clients
Engage with all new clients to ensure they are onboarded properly
Respond to all phone calls and emails from clients
Schedule evaluations and facility tours for all new clients
Make outbound sales calls to other sports focused organizations for partnership and joint venture opportunities
Secure sponsorships for all sports business assets to include facilities, leagues and club teams
Qualification
Required
Confident to speak candidly, assume roles and tasks, and then report back on what happened as well as its impact
Able to make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment and own the results
Goal-oriented and organized leadership
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Self-motivated and self-directed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Capable in both a leadership and team-player role
Strong aptitude for numbers and financial reports
In-depth understanding of the company and its position in the industry
Bachelor's or Associate's degree
Working knowledge of various computer programs
Working knowledge of CRMs and project management tools
Excellent analytical and time-management skills with good interpersonal skills and communication with all stakeholders
Able to work remotely while having the ability to meet in person as needed
Preferred
Experience with Google Apps for business
