Mid, Senior LevelAlldus is seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant to support a major ServiceNow IT Asset Management implementation for a large retail organization. The role will focus on defining, optimizing, and documenting end-to-end business processes across Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management, ensuring alignment between business requirements and operational teams.

Responsibilities
Lead the analysis and design of ITAM business processes across HAM and SAM
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across IT, procurement, finance, and operations
Capture and document:
Current-state (AS-IS) processes
Future-state (TO-BE) process designs
Process gaps and improvement opportunities
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for ServiceNow delivery teams
Ensure business processes align with ServiceNow out-of-the-box best practices
Support governance, process ownership, and operating model definition
Collaborate with the ServiceNow Architect to ensure process and technical alignment
Assist with UAT preparation, training materials, and change adoption
Support reporting, KPIs, and success measures for ITAM processes
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Business Process Consultant / Business Analyst on ServiceNow programmes
Strong experience working with IT Asset Management (ITAM)
Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
Software Asset Management (SAM)
Solid understanding of asset lifecycle processes (request → procurement → deployment → optimisation → disposal)
Experience facilitating workshops with senior business and IT stakeholders
Strong documentation skills (process flows, requirements, user stories)
Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery
Preferred
Experience working on retail or large enterprise environments
Familiarity with ServiceNow ITAM, SAM Pro, and CMDB concepts
Experience in Agile delivery environments
ServiceNow certifications or ITIL certification
