Qualification

Required

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal, accounting, or tax-related environment

Associate or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, accounting, or a related field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and accounting/tax software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)

Must be an Enrolled Agent (EA) or willing to obtain the designation within the first year of employment

Preferred

Experience working in a law firm, accounting firm, or the IRS
