Responsibilities
Repair and maintain appliances
Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance work
Maintain and service pool and spa equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness
Perform property repairs, including fences, locks, and other security features
Respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as part of an on-call rotation
Complete detail work in units and common areas to ensure they are clean, functional, and move-in ready
Qualification
Required
High school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Maintenance skills across multiple trades
Problem solving ability
Ability to work as part of a team
A professional approach with residents
Willingness to pitch in wherever needed—grounds, common areas, or apartments
