Oversee and manage all aspects of volunteer programs, including recruitment, training, and coordination of volunteers
Develop program strategies, fostering engagement, building relationships with volunteers, and ensuring the successful execution of volunteer-related activities
Collaboration with diverse teams and maintaining clear communication channels with stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Experience in program management, project planning, and volunteer coordination
Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
Adaptability and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
Passion for youth empowerment and global social impact
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
Be able to work 4-7 hour per week
Be able to work for Unpaid/ Volunteer position
Posses Strong English Skills
Preferred
Familiarity with volunteer management software is a plus
