Responsibilities

Develop and execute outbound internet and phone sales calls
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts
Manage and track all leads
Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely manner
Manage day-to-day business of the business development center
Provide ongoing support to our Product specialist to help maintain a positive customer experience
Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary
Make outbound/inbound phone calls to our customers base
